Terminals with Biometric Software
In order to properly comply with US Export Control Laws & Regulations, any terminal products that are sent in for service from outside the U.S. will be required to have all biometric software applications removed prior to returning the device to Motorola. Please ensure that you have uninstalled the biometric software application before packing up the device for service against an RMA number.
